4 Steps to Embrace Holistic Health & Wellness for Beginners
Become a self-advocate for your health following these four tips!
STEP 1: Pay Attention to What You Eat
We all know that we feel better when we eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water, but it’s always a good idea to check back in on your nutrition regularly to make sure you’re getting a well-balanced diet. I recommend supplementing a healthful diet with additional vitamins and minerals as well
STEP 2: Eliminate Environmental Toxins
The average woman absorbs roughly 186 chemicals through her daily beauty care routine. From lotions to soaps to makeup and more, there are toxic chemicals in so many of the conventional products. That is why I use Essentially Simple Face Serum for my cleansing, moisturizing, and toning benefits as well as Beautycounter makeup for my everyday beauty routine. You’ll also want to swap out any conventional, toxic household cleaners you have around the house for natural alternatives.
STEP 3: Move Your Body

Rather than masking the problem with the modern approach to healthcare, essential oils provide a safe alternative to some medical interventions - benefits without side effects. These natural remedies offer robust solutions that address the root cause and meet the body’s needs by working in an aligned and synergistic way within the body.
