A “fixed” mindset cares more about what success looks like from the outside & therefore, tends to avoid challenges, get defensive, and feels threatened by others’ success. This defensive “fixed” mindset inevitably leads to a plateau in success. On the contrary, a “growth” mindset allows you to continue growth to master your area of expertise. Embracing a growth mindset will allow you to see your weekly schedule in a different way. Instead of feeling like you’re “busy” and there’s not enough time to get everything done, you will begin to see the possibilities in your schedule. Intentionality and embracing a growth mindset will bring openness and freedom to your days & allow you to fill this free space with the things that bring you joy and keep moving you forward.
